Working with Wood

Waldorf Sarasota students "experience" as part of their school journey. This builds confidence in their measure of things - their own sense of evidence wrought from challenges which have meaning for them. It's not having the answers, or even the questions, rather the sense that one's own experience pertains to the both the questions and the answers in a way that unfolds as evidence through a comprehensive emphasis on participatory observation and experimentation.

One experience we offer our students at Waldorf Sarasota is the practical art of woodworking. The images below show some of our students as they experience working with wood.
